Thermhex Waben is a leading producer of polypropylene honeycomb cores, the proved and tested core material for sandwich elements and lightweight composites. Our honeycomb cores are distributed worldwide in more than 45 countries. With the international patented, continuous ThermHex production process we produce a broad range of high quality, durable and economic honeycomb cores, which are available in different cell thicknesses, cell sizes and densities. The highly automated production process is extremely resource and cost efficient and enables the use of the cores even in applications where, mostly for cost reasons, the material hasn’t been used yet. ThermHex honeycomb cores are used in many sectors e.g. for swimming pool construction, lightweight furniture, ship building, car interior parts or rigid truck boxes and many more.
