We offer high-quality plastic injection molding services range from 90 Ton to 1200 Ton. MP Manufacturing’s injection molds are used by the automotive, LED, medical and electronics industries. We are able to process a wide range of materials (including filled and blended material to obtain the specified density, color, UV stability, chemical resistance, impact strength, flexural strength, and wearability). Some of those materials are Acrylic, ABS, PS, PVC, PC, Nylon, PP, PPO etc.
In addition, we are able to perform a multitude of secondary processes to meet the needs of your business. Some of these processes include:
