Mack Prototype’s plastic injection molding team specializes in the low-volume production of complex small- to medium-sized parts for medical, industrial, defense, and consumer markets. Typical volumes range from 100 to 30,000 parts per year, with molding machines setup to operate standard engineering materials like ABS, PC, as well as high-performance plastics like Carbon Fiber Filled, Glass Filled, Ultem™, PEEK, and PPSU (Radel™). If higher volumes or large-part molding is needed, our sister company, Mack Molding, can handle those requirements with hundreds of presses up to 4000 tons and services such as gas assist and structural foam molding.
