GLAVES® (established in 1977) is an OEM manufacturer for polymer chip cutting Strand Pelletizer machines and spares like Rotary Cutters( TC Wedge Lock, Stellite Edged, Through-Hardened), Bed knife( Ceramic, TC, Stellited, Through-Hardened), Feed roll, Die plates for underwater Pelletizer, Pelletizer Knives, Granulator Blades, Shredder Knives, Recycling cutters, Button cutters, Pulverizer Segments, etc.
We offer a complete Pelletizing line including Pelletizer, Water bath, Air knife, and Classifier. Other Machines we manufacture are Pulverizer for powdering chips and Trim Cutters for scrap film compaction and making reusable chips.
Our machines and spares are in use in 30+ countries worldwide and are used by reputed virgin Polymer Chip producers, Compounders, and Masterbatch units. All manufacturing is done in-house in Four production units equipped with the latest CNC, VMC, Lathe, Turning, Vacuum Furnace, etc.
