Installation Tooling for Thread Inserts - ElecArm®
The all new installation equipment for installing Tappex self-threading inserts (Triserts/Foamserts/Trisert-3s).
The ElecArm® utilises a robust vertical support column, horizontal-sliding balance arm with spring support and fitted with an electrically powered torque-settable screwdriver. The screwdriver runs on 230/240v mains and is available in 5 torque ranges from 0.29Nm up to 25Nm value.

-Allows Trisert, Trisert-3, Foamsert, Foamsert-3 and Ensat installation at different heights and positions with the same set up.
-The rigid arm eliminates torque reaction to the operator.
-Facilitates the square and consistent installation of the Tappex self-tapping inserts.
-Adjustable clutch to control installation torque, with a scale for accurate repeatability.
-Reduced sound level compared to similar pneumatic systems.
