Paradigm Polymer is a U.S.-based precision machining company specializing exclusively in high-performance plastics. With a legacy rooted in Parason Machine, founded in 1991, we were rebranded and relaunched in Branford, Connecticut in 2023. Our 7,500 sq ft facility is fully equipped for Swiss-style machining with a dedicated focus on polymers—delivering unmatched expertise and tight-tolerance precision for mission-critical industries.

Our core production process centers around Swiss-style machining of plastic bar stock up to 1.0” in diameter (round, hex, and custom shapes). Beyond primary turning and drilling, we offer a full range of secondary operations including cross-drilling, slotting, slitting, knurling, threading, heat treating, deburring, and trepanning—enabling turnkey parts with exceptional finish and repeatability.

We maintain in-house toolmaking and centerless grinding capabilities, allowing for ±0.0001” diameter control and fast adaptation to engineering redlines. Our team has extensive experience working with polymers including PTFE (Teflon®), PEEK, Delrin®, Acetal, Ultem®, Vespel®, Torlon®, and more.

Paradigm Polymer is trusted by leading companies across industries where performance is non-negotiable and tolerances are razor-thin. We supply precision-machined polymer components to electrical power distributors, semiconductor and consumer electronics manufacturers, aerospace and automotive OEMs, fluid control and chemical processing equipment makers, medical device developers, and builders of renewable energy systems. Whether it's an insulator in a power grid, a bushing in a jet engine, or a seal in a pharmaceutical line, our components are engineered to perform in environments where reliability, chemical resistance, and micro-level accuracy are essential.

At Paradigm, quality is not a checkpoint—it’s built into the process. From custom tool paths to in-process inspections, we consistently exceed industry tolerances and customer expectations. Our U.S.-based operation offers responsive service, scalable capacity, and competitive pricing—especially on large volumes.
