The COLOWE twin-screw extruder has strong self-cleaning function, and the meshing screw forms a self-made effect when rotating, which can effectively remove the adhesive on the surface of the screw, ensure no residual characteristics, and facilitate product switching and cleaning.The equipment adopts a newly designed transmission box structure, with a specific torque of 11.3 Nm/cm ³, significantly improving production. The maximum speed of the screw can reach 900rpm, and some experimental models even reach 1200rpm.
Our twin-screw extruder has a good ratio of screw diameter to productivity, achieving high output while maintaining low energy consumption. Through reasonable screw combination design and special head flow channel design, dead corners in the flow channel are avoided, and product quality and production efficiency are improved.This equipment has been successfully applied to the processing of various materials such as PLA, PP, PE, PBAT, and has become a supporting product for well-known enterprises such as Sinopec and Wanhua Chemical.
