Our 2025 Hands-On Workshops are now open for registration!
The PIRC is one of the top plastics technology centers in the nation for research, development and education related to injection molding, extrusion, rotational molding, thermoforming and materials testing. Each year, the PIRC hosts a series of hands-on training workshops with leading industry expert instructors, including Penn College faculty, on campus in Williamsport, PA. Participants have access to industrial-scale process equipment and extensive material testing laboratories. Just some of the roles attendees hold at their facilities include: process technicians, supervisors, engineers, quality control engineers, plant managers, owners and even sales representatives. In addition to key learning opportunities, participants are able to network with peers and industry leaders.
