Awesome support in our apprenticeship program (Plastics Processing) at reduced cost from grants. Looking to expand intro Intro-Mech program soon. At home learning, grants, tech training, support, Ross Berger, Chris Gagliano, Alex Lehman, Tom Fry. Only minor issue was the delay in getting program started due to size of consortium but Penn Tech worked with us.

As the PIRC's training specialist, I'm attuned to address the polymer industry's challenges and celebrate its successes. In keeping with the academic programs of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, the PIRC employs industry seasoned instructors, utilizing industry grade equipment in our labs, to train and enhance the employees, processes and innovative initiatives of our corporate polymer partners. Whether it's on campus or on-site, we work with companies to ensure quality production can meet the growing global demand. The last three years saw the manufacturing industry redefine how to hire, train and inspire the next generation of workforce while combatting the increasing costs of materials, sustainability and overall operations. We have had to develop more malleable means of delivering our instruction and testing capabilities.
