In order to densify or extrude the previously selected, ground and washed plastic materials, it is important to eliminate any residual humidity. This machine, with a high level of performance, works with pre-cut materials starting with the thinnest (15 microns). Residual humidity in output stage, according to the thickness, particle size and type of material, ranges from 0.5 to 15%. Especially suitable for the treatment of poly-composites even in the presence of cellulose and glue, allowing for the drying process as well as another cleaning stage with or without the use of caustic soda.
