The machine consists of a welded steel frame covered with sheet stainless steel. The machine can be subdivided in various work areas: an initial section, which constitutes the inlet of the material being processed, a middle section where the pressing of the material and therefore the elimination of water through the holes of the cylinder takes place, and a final section where the truncated jaws are located, operated by hydraulic pistons with the purpose of regulating the release of the material.
