Pulverizing - Fine Grinding:
Pulverizing or Fine size reduction is offered for raw materials in pellet, bead, chip, crumb, flake, or granulate form. Materials can be pulverized to the mesh or micron particle sizes required. Thermoplastics, thermosets, rubbers, and most any tough or soft material can be ground to mesh or micron particle sizes ranging from 6 - 200 US mesh or 3000 - 75 microns. The melting point and toughness of the material limit the fineness of the finished product powder size possible. Finer products can be produced from brittle, friable, and high melting point materials. Cryogenics can be used as needed for heat sensitive materials.
