About Berlyn ECM INC.

Berlyn ECM manufactures standard and custom plastic processing machinery. Our product line includes Extruders, Screen Changers, Continuous Filters, Dies, Water Baths, Air Strippers, Strand, Underwater and Hot Face Pelletizers, Calcinators, Low Bulk Density Crammer Feeders and Polymer Diverter Valves. All of our products are manufactured at our facility in Worcester MA. Our diverse product line allows us to offer complete turnkey extrusion lines at affordable prices. We also offer used and rebuilt machinery so we can create combinations of new, rebuilt and used machinery that can be used to make a complete extrusion line with significant savings and we warranty all of our rebuilt machinery. We also offer on site services such as borescoping, barrel and feed screw measuring, machinery upgrades, gearbox rebuilding , gearbox upgrades, as well as after market barrels and feed screws. We have a rheologist on staff that designs custom feed screws for specific materials and processes.
