RapidPurge provides custom blends for truly unique and specialized thermoplastic purge applications. We recognize that thermoplastic applications and process can be quite specialized and unique, and that a purge formulation specifically optimized for these situations may be required.

RapidPurge is the only purge manufacturer who provides custom blends for these unique applications. We will work with you in developing and mixing a unique custom-blended compound that best meets your cleaning and purging needs and that will maximize the purge effectiveness. We can vary the viscosity, mechanics, and chemistry of our purge formulations to find just the right mix for your application. And we will do this at a competitive cost to you as compared to our off-the-shelf products.

A special nomenclature will be assigned to your custom blend, and will be made available just for you, so that you can reorder with maximum convenience. Your custom blend will be incorporated into our manufacturing flow, assuring you of complete consistency from order to order.
