The EWIKON HPS III-MH nozzle range offers innovative solutions for the side gating of parts as well as for gating in confined spaces close to inner cores. All nozzle versions enable a cost-effective mould design with standard mould inserts and offer an unique ease of maintenance. For all nozzles featuring heat conductive tip inserts for direct gating a tip insert exchange is possible with minimum downtime without having to take the mould from the machine. The sum of advantages makes the HPS III-MH nozzle the perfect solution for demanding applications in the medical and packaging industry.
