The MHL and MHR hot tip Edge Gate nozzle is available in a linear or radial configuration with 1 to 8 tips. It is designed to have parting line servicable tips and minimize mold construction costs.
EWIKON is the leader in Electric Drive Valve Gate technology. The E-Drive provides synchronous or sequential opening and closing of the needle by way of a simple to use LED touch screen controller. The electric motors make it ideally suited for clean roon environment and for use on electric presses.
The HPS III T style manifold with Flow Element Technology is designed for ease of color change, natural balancing of cavities and reduced shear induced flow channels.
