Since 1978, Omega Plastics has been providing custom extruded plastic profile solutions to a wide range of markets, including construction, office furniture, fenestration, medical devices, transportation, refrigeration, marine products, plumbing, plumbing, advertising, wall protection and irrigation.

Beyond traditional single material profiles, Omega also offers the following extrusion options:

Dual Extrusion – Profiles combining two materials into a single profile.

Tri Extrusion – Profiles combining three materials into a single profile.

Cellular or “Foamed” Extrusion – (Celuka & Free Foam) Profiles produced using a foaming agent to lower density.

Post Formed Extrusion – Profiles extruded flat then post formed through calibration tooling.
