On Line Controls is the leader in air pressure regulators and controllers for manufacturers of plastic tubing. Our MicroAir units provide ultra low pressure air regulation and control for precise air sizing of extruded plastic tubing. MicroAir I model is manually controlled; MicroAir II accepts contact closure inputs from OD gauge or other controller; and the MicroAir IV is programmable with a 0-10 volt input for your PLC or other controlling equipment. The MicroAir IV was designed for bump and tapertubing with high speed switching. Models can be built Dual, 3-channel or 4-channel for multilumen tubing. Ranges available as high as 0-5 psi for automotive tubing; and medical tubing ranges which can hold constant pressure below 1" of water
