Die-Sep hydraulics and magnets open, tip and close molds effortlessly using our patented process. No more pry bars, sledge hammers, manual clamps or any of the other labor intensive methods of opening and closing molds. Tipping is safe, fast and easy! We custom fit each Die-Sep to match our customer's mold maintenance activities. Our standard Die-Sep can be built with:

Hydraulic Core Pulls - up to three hydraulic core pulls for pulling and setting cores while your molds are in the Die-Sep;

Sprue Bar Offset - a sprue bar offset for splitting and tipping stack molds;

Table Top - a rolled steel (or Blanchard ground) table top for added work space;

Or, virtually any special need or equipment you might identify.
