  • BMI Machines is dedicated to providing solutions (machines, molds, downstream equipment and auxiliary equipment) for the blow molding industry. We have more than 20 years of experience in the blow molding manufacturing industry. Our goal is to provide the best solution with a quick ROI.

    Our blow molding machines are assembled by BESTAR.

    BESTAR is located in the economic development zone in the city of Zhuangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, in China. BESTAR is a leading manufacturer of high quality and high efficiency blow molding machines and belongs to the BEIER group of companies. We have 60,000 sq m production area, workshops equipped with cutting edge technology CNC machines, 320 employees and more than $30 million in annual sales. We manufacture under ISO certification 9001 2000, as well as CE Standards.

    Our downstream equipment is manufacture by Delta Engineering equipment.
    Delta Engineering has been in business for over 22 years manufacturing downstream equipment for blow molders. They have 2 factories, one in Ophasselt – BELGIUM and the other in Busag – Romania.
    Some of the products that Delta manufacturers are:

    – QC Centers
    – Automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines
    – Bagging machines
    – Conveyors

    We have recently sign an agreement with FHW Molds to be a supplier of their molds for North America and Latin America. FHW offices and manufacturing premises are located near Dusseldorf, Germany.

    Their molds are high efficient shell cooling fast cycle times molds made with a special German steel alloy. The molds will last a lifetime and the heat transfer is similar to aluminium molds.

    Another important feature on FHW Molds is how easy it is to maintain the cooling passage. This results in a mold that will maintain the cooling cycle for the life of the mold.
