The system control software and method of interface with the host IMM now perform effectively with the more modern presses with variable-volume pump configurations, and the high output IMMs with accumulator driven hydraulics regularly found with producers of rigid packaging.

SyncroSpeed has targeted any and all the savings opportunities within its capabilities 50 times a second readings, meaning the oil waste occurring when the screw recovery is less than full speed, the oil waste during the clamp movement profile, the oil waste from idle pumps when secondary movements are active, such as core pulling and setting, or carriage movements.
