Chapin Custom Molding has the blow molding expertise to create your unique product or component, from mold design to production. Our 130,000 sq. ft. plant offers continuous extrusion bow molding and dual accumulator head capabilities to double your production. Our blow molding equipment can produce components ranging in size from 1/2 lb. to 30 lbs. We work with a wide variety of plastics including polypropylene, polyethylene and other polymers, and there are no limitations on color. We have the capacity to operate 24/7. Assembly services are also available from sub-assemblies to full product pack-out. We can warehouse your product and ship it whenever you need it. Our capabilities support consumer, industrial and commercial products manufacturers in the automotive, lawn and garden, agricultural, toy, outdoor power equipment and storage container markets, as examples.
