PALMERA Stearic Acid is derived from plant and widely used as a dispersing agent, a mould release agent, an internal and external lubricant for plastic and rubber processing. It provides excellent flow properties when used with rubber and plastic. It is able to increase the shear rate and volumetric flow rate by reducing the plastic and rubber's melt viscosity. PALMERA Stearic Acid is compatible with metal stearate and can be blended with PVC. It acts as an energy saver in reducing power consumption with lower torque and lower mass production temperature. The rubber grade of PALMERA Stearic Acid is an activator in accelerated sulphur vulcanisation system for rubber products. It provides desired curing performance in rubber products to achieve end user properties with the combination of organic accelerators. PALMERA Stearic Acid is available in fractionated, triple pressed and rubber grades to meet varying polymer applications. Download this brochure to discover PALMERA Stearic Acid offered by KLK OLEO.
