For more than 50 years, Mercury Plastics LLC has been providing innovative thermoplastic solutions to a variety of markets including; appliance, automotive, construction, electrical, faucet, liquid dispensing, marine, medical, off-shore oil and plumbing. We are recognized as an industry leader in our ability to provide unique approaches to profile & tubing extrusion, injection overmolding and fabrication of thermoplastic parts.

While the way that we approach these capabilities sets us apart from the competition, we are further distinguished in that we are one of only a few companies in North America that has a captive electron beam processing facility. Built in 1999, this facility houses a 5 MeV beam that allows us to irradiation cross-link a variety of products. In addition to our existing 5MeV accelerator, we are also in the process of adding a second electron beam accelerator to our operation. A 10 MeV electron beam accelerator facility is under construction and the unit is scheduled to begin operating at the end of 2023!
