The Plastics Innovation & Resource Center realizes that time is money in the polymer manufacturing process and workforce is critical to maximizing the volume of production. Not all companies have the time to send a number of their operators to a training facility, and the PIRC recognizes these limitations. As a result, and an added incentive to upskill your employees, the PIRC has gathered a group of industry expert instructors who are available to come provide customized training for your workforce at your facility.
With a standard timeframe of two-days and a maximum class size of 24, these events include a combination of classroom theory-based lecture and hands-on operational instruction.
