Sun Plastech Inc. manufactures and distributes the ASACLEAN™ Purging Compound for cleaning thermoplastic injection molding machines and extruders. Established in 1996, the company serves North and South America.

ASACLEAN Purging Compound provides solutions to various purging needs. It provides fast color/material changes, deposit removal, and hot runner cleaning. It aids in preventing contamination buildup when used as a sealing agent during machine shutdown. The results are minimized downtime and improved production, thus reducing overall cost and resin waste. ASACLEAN comes in several grades to purge both commodity and engineering resins between 320°F to 790°F.
