In 2015, the facility expanded by 23,000 feet, now housing 35 manufacturing cells. The U.S. Government granted Rosti a patent for its unique processes. This efficient manufacturing model is scalable due to infrastructure upgrades like a five-ton crane.

The Morse Drive facility, home to Rosti Wisconsin's administrative, business development, and engineering team, has grown from an original 10,000 square feet to a current 40,000 square feet. It houses 46 fully-automated manufacturing cells, ranging from 35 to 400 tons. Since Rosti's inception, this facility has been a cornerstone in its operations and expansion strategy.

Rosti North Carolina provides innovative solutions to a diverse clientele for over 40 years. The location operates from a 51,000 sq.ft. facility with 27 molding presses (55 to 1,200 tons). With 50+ employees and ISO 9001:2015 certification, services include design, tool building, molding, and assembly. Experts use DRAFTSIGHT for mold design and SolidWorks for fill simulation to ensure efficiency and quality.

Rosti Utah, a leading plastic injection molder in the Western United States, has been operational for over 40 years. The 62,000 square foot facility in Clearfield, Utah, houses over 30 cells with capabilities ranging from 55 to 610 tons and serves diverse markets such as medical, sporting goods, home fashions, consumer goods, industrial, and electronics.
