TESco has developed proprietary polymer processing techniques and equipment for injection molding, extrusion and specialty material blending. Our processes successfully deliver devices with low molecular weight loss and low residual monomer from a broad range of inherent viscosities. This experience extends into supporting clients through product development, material selection, custom material development, mold design and fabrication, and solutions of critical manufacturing challenges.

As a contract manufacturer of biomedical products, TESco continues to focus on providing the skills and expertise to take a product from concept to prototype development, through clinical trials and into commercial production.
