JacoTech manufactures engraved cylinders, mandrels, drums, and roll surface molds having simple to complex structured optical patterns.

JacoTech serves specialty markets (imaging and non-imaging optical uses) for 3D lenticular, display, security, monitors, solar panels, retroreflective road/traffic, license plates and other custom uses.

Diamond Turning: JacoTech provides cylinder engraving to plastic processing optical rotary molds using our micro-machining techniques via: large sized multi-axis CNC diamond turn/mill/fly-cut machining centers for parts to 42" od x 177" between centers.

Cylinder Mold Patterns: Space Films; 3D Lenticular Display; Security; Illumination; Diffusers; Reflective; Prisms; V-Grooves; 3-Side Pyramids; Concave/Convex, etc.
